 Billboard Introduction page

This site was constructed using Photoshop and Freehand. I didn't use rough sketches to outline the basic content of the banners and billboards used in this site.

For all banners in this site, I drew branches and leaves in Freehand, which I modeled after an Eric Gill woodcut. See graphic A.

Graphic A
Graphic B
Graphic C

For the banner of the Introduction page I used the upper part of graphic B. All other billboards were developed in photoshop for their respective pages.

Graphic C was used as part of the character set display on the Character Set page.

These graphics were found on the web during my research on the history of the Gill Sans Font and finding the history of Eric Gill.
